Orders are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class, special delivery or Standard Parcels. (Weight/Order value dependant)

UK Orders: Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days from date of dispatch, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Please allow up to 15 working days (Monday - Saturday) for delivery.

International Orders : Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from date of dispatch, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Please allow up to 21 working days (Monday - Saturday) for delivery.

Missing or delayed items:
After the allowed delivery time has passed please contact us and give your order number, full name and address. We will then email or post you a Lost Order Form. You must complete this Form and return it to us within 10 days to confirm non-receipt of the original order - without this completed form we cannot arrange a refund or replacement. Once the form has been received and approved we will either send a replacement order or issue a refund. Missing orders are very rare but when they do happen we have to follow this procedure.
