Are all your products brand new and up to date?
Yes. All our products are brand new and are the latest version and are
supplied with a standard 12 month warranty against any defects.
I have noticed that you offer Paypal as a payment option. Do you need to open some kind of an account to use this option?
No. But we really only have that option there for people who like to use paypal. If you don't have a paypal account we recommend you use a normal credit or debit card.
When I add items to my basket and then return back to the site my items
do not show up in the little items in basket box on the top right hand
side of the site. Is there a problem?
No. You must have cookies enabled on your browser and use the Continue
shopping on the shopping basket page to return to the site for any information
to be displayed.
I'm worried about the security of my online payment. How do you protect
my personal details?
We know that when you purchase items or services online you want your
personal details and your credit or debit card information to be private
and secure. We are 100% committed to providing this security for you. We only use fully secured servers for any sensitive information you give us.
Why don't you offer same day despatch on all orders?
Most of the time we have these items in stock and ready for despatch
but on occasions there are shortages of these items from our suppliers
(1-3 days). So we don't guarantee 24 hour despatch as there may be a slight
delay in your order being processed.
