Our 7 day "no questions asked" money back guarantee:
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Learnerstuff.co.uk.
So our "no questions asked" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging
together with the invoice, please notify us within 7 days of the date you received the order,
unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) we will issue a refund for the
purchase price (not including any P&P charges. if applicable).
All returns requests must be submitted via our Returns Request Form prior to returning any goods or we may refuse to accept such goods at our sole discretion.
We advise you to check any DVD, CD/Software on a second machine and to follow its instructions carefully before returning it. On certain products
we may provide you with links where you can get expert technical support direct from the publisher of the product.
In these cases we recommend that you contact the advised technical support department as we don't offer technical support on any products. We do not process refunds for video, audio
and software products where the item has been unsealed. If the product is found to be faulty a replacement product will be sent on confirmation of such fault. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD players that
have been modified to disable regional encoding or computer systems that don't meet the minimum specified requirements as stated on
the product information page. When a returns request has been submitted and confirmed by us via email we must receive the returned item(s) within 7 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
If you would like to return an item, please fill out this form using the details you supplied at the time of your purchase and
we will send you all the details you need to return your item.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING APOLOGIES TO EVERYONE - ESPECIALLY OUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS, BUT WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO GUARANTEE TO SHIP TO A SEPARATE DELIVERY ADDRESS WHEN USING CERTAIN TYPES OF CREDIT/ DEBIT CARDS. ALL DELIVERIES MAY HAVE TO GO TO THE CARDHOLDERS REGISTERED ADDRESS TO COMPLY WITH OUR NEW ANTI FRAUD PROTECTION SCHEME. Would all customers please check the confirmation email sent shortly after the order has been placed for the actual confirmed delivery address.
For those customers who prefer to make payments via Paypal please note that delivery addresses are provided to us direct from Paypal. Therefore if you wish to select an alternative delivery address please do so via the Paypal website as all delivery addresses entered on our website will be overwritten by your Paypal delivery address.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS: Cooling-off period By law, you have the right to
withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 days of the item's delivery to you.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, audio
and software products where the item has been unsealed.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded/signed for delivery service when returning all goods. Please note that
you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the
item to you in error or if the item has a confirmed fault.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
In the event you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting our Customer Service Team. In most cases, we are unable to stop the dispatch of orders once orders have been confirmed.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 consumers have the right to cancel and return any order placed, within seven days of receiving the goods. In the case of audio or video recordings, or computer software the goods must be returned still sealed. If the seal is broken we will be unable to cancel an order which has already been entered into our order processing system.
Missing or delayed items:
After the allowed delivery time has passed please contact us and give your order number, full name and address. We will then email or post you a Lost Order Form. You must complete this Form and return it to us within 10 days to confirm non-receipt of the original order - without this completed form we cannot arrange a refund or replacement. Once the form has been received and approved we will either send a replacement order or issue a refund. Missing orders are very rare but when they do happen we have to follow this procedure.
