We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Learnerstuff.co.uk. So our "no questions asked" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging together with the invoice, within 16 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) we will issue a full refund for the purchase price.

Please note: We can only accept the return of opened video, audio and software products if they are faulty.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

To return an item under our "no questions asked" guarantee couldn't be easier, simply include the reason for return (write it on the back of your invoice), package the relevant item together with its invoice, securely and send it to us within 16 days of the date that the item was delivered to you. If you would like to return an item, please fill out this form using the details you supplied at the time of your purchase and we will send you all the details you need to return your item.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS:

Cooling-off period By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days of the item's delivery to you. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, audio and software products where the item has been unsealed.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty.
